An ice breaker:

What was your first job in radio?

For me, I started as a board operator for WENE in 1994 or 1995. I also set up remote equipment for WMXW and WMRV. Around Christmas 1995, I had my first air shift on WMRV.

My first broadcasting job was in 1973 at WEHH (AM&FM) in Horseheads; it was a part-time gig doing a couple of evenings each week and some Sunday, when morning tasks were mostly operating the board for other shows. Went to WENY after that and then got out of broadcasting to pursue an income producing job.

There are times now that I miss the work and all that went with it... some great people and great times as well.
