The first two times you post or reply on the message boards, you will be challenged by reCAPTCHA to prove that you're human, and not an automated spammer. Once you've been tested by reCAPTCHA twice, you shouldn't have to answer it again.
There was an initial misconfiguration that prevented anyone from posting. that should now be fixed.
